How to Make HorseGram /Kollu Soup


Horse Gram/Kollu-1/4 cup
Tomato-1
Chilly-1
Pepper
Lemon-1/2
Salt to taste
Oil
Sesame
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder

Ready to Prepare

1. Wash and the soak horse gram for overnight
2. Pressure cook up to 3 to 4 whistle (You can use rice cooker also)
3. When the dhal is cooked, filter and take that juice
Note: If you want your soup is think consistency, you can grinder and use that remaining dhal
4. Heat up the pan, add 1 tsp oil, then mustard seeds, add a pinch of cumin seeds/jeera powder and 3-4 curry leaves.
5. Add in one small size chopped tomato, cook the tomato till they cook well.
6. Add in the horse gram/kollu water, Just cook it for a few minutes not let it boil. (Like Rasam Preparation)
7. Switch off the stove and add coriander leaves and lemon juice, salt to taste and if you want add some pepper powder.

Enjoy the healthy soup!!!

It helps you remove all the unwanted cholesterol from your body. Take this soup twice a day and feel healthy.

Note: You can use this soup for daily also, After consuming this soup daily, somebody feel stomach pain, don't worry everyone knows horsegram is induce your body heat then why you feel the stomach pain. Just take a full glass of butter milk to control the body heat.
